Omega 3 is a fatty acid. It is important for your heart and brain functions. It is essential nutrient which means our body can't produce it we can take this from our mouth which is external like fish, fish oil etc. Omega 3 rich in EPA and DHA. EPA is very important for heart and DHA is important for brain. Omega 3 is very important for growing children's because of DHA it improves brain function and bones strength and also important for 50+ men and women's.
